my Mother in law lived here for 2 years from 2018 until she need a higher level of care, we were so happy then.<br>Now my mom lives here. It was such a hard decision to move her from our home but now we could not be happier! Mom is so well cared for and feels like she is in her own home!<br>we are always greeted so warmly (Tina at the deck is amazing) and our concerns are always addressed.<br>Kristy the social worker is extremely kind and helpful. The nursing staff meets my moms needs with such care.<br>I would highly recommend Judson Medows for your loved one who needs a higher level of care!

Overall, we did not have a good experience with Judson Meadows. The positives were: My dad loved many of the nurses and staff who work there. They treated him with great care, developed a positive relationship, and helped him in many ways as he adjusted to living in their facility. We are very grateful to them for their hard work and dedication to elder care. He also enjoyed the residents and friends he made during his time there. It is also a beautiful, clean facility that is well maintained.<br><br>But the management mistreated him when they decided he could no longer live at Judson Meadows after a change in his medical needs after a hospital stay. They never had the dignity to discuss the reasons with him, instead we had to advocate endlessly for clear answers, all while they misled us with inaccurate information for over two weeks on whether he could return to his home or not. He had to move in to our home while we waited for them to decide, which was very difficult as the house was not set up for elder care and he needed assisted living we were not prepared to provide.<br><br>We felt his situation was handled poorly, he was mistreated, and the administration truly did not have his best interest in mind. They ultimately took away his home, at a time he needed it the most, and now we are forced to seek nursing home placement for him, even though he does not need that level of care.<br><br>Also, have a few meals there before you commit to moving in. The quality of the food was always an issue for my dad. They can do much better.<br><br>It is sad when you place so much trust in a facility to care for your loved one, and they do not have the capacity, compassion, or leadership in place to do so. We were very disappointed with the care and (lack of) respect given to elders at this assisted living facility.

The most caring staff! Beautiful facility. My dad was very unsure of moving to assisted living and they did such a good job of making him feel welcome and comfortable. Very neat and clean facility. All of the employees really care about the residents.

My grandfather has been a resident here for a few years now and hasn't had any issues whatsoever. He was reluctant to go because he loved his home and was afraid he would loose his independence and freedom. Not long after he moved into Judson Meadows his whole attitude changed. He still has his independence and freedom while family has peace of mind that he is safe and properly taken care of. I highly recommend this facility, if I could I would be living here as well (about 30 years until retirement). If your loved one could use a watchful eye while still living there usual day to day lifestyle then please don't hesitate to make an appointment to at least see this facility and everything it has to offer both residents and families. P.s- the food here is phenomenal, not your typical senior residential facility menu. Plus the activities director is highly motivating!
