I hesitate to give even one star. The physical facility is a dump. The building common spaces smell awful. The food is disgusting and served cold. My mother required feeding and they simply placed food in front of her. And the nursing staff appeared unable to communicate to the aides and the nurses couldn't seem to follow their own care plan. An absolute abomination.

My grandpa was here for a couple months. As a healthcare worker, I was especially concerned about the negative reviews. I’m from out of town and didn’t get to visit, so this review was from their feedback. They said everyone was pleasant, especially some of the aides, the food was good, and the therapists did a nice job.

This place need to be reported, Health Inspectors need pop and a inspection, These ppl don't have heart for ppl the neglection, House keeping is terrible, they seem not care. My bestfriend who fell and was in a hospital for a week,;and had to go here because had no one to take of her home she lived upstairs her apartment need physical therapy to show her how to go up and down the stairs. The water here is contaminated she got much on her back from water she wouldn't drink the water, and the patient only got once a week shower.. Please if a family is going place we in a place like this check there reviews. These staff need to get fired and some done. I wish could comments on people's writing here. I rather get service at home and let family died in Comfort of there. own home instead. Someone has to be the voice to report this place.

My brother spent a year at Baptist after a stroke and heart attack. We visited about twice a week at random times. We never saw anything bad. They provided plentiful physical therapy and very good meals. They had plenty of seasonal holiday parties and visiting musicians for in-house entertainment. Social Workers, nurses and aides were attentive and kind. They have regular visits by an internist, dentist, optometrist and podiatrist. The financial/admin staff were very helpful on billing and insurance matters and his transition to an assisted living facility. Our experience was only positive.

DO NOT send your loved ones here!!!!! The neglect in this facility is absolutely unacceptable. Medications are missed, hygiene is ignored, and the place is severely understaffed with a lack of qualified professionals. Residents are left sitting in soiled clothes for hours, sometimes changed only once or twice a day. The leadership here is a disgrace and should be replaced immediately with people who actually prioritize patient care over simply filling beds. Communication is nonexistent, and unless you can be present 24/7, your loved one may be left unattended in a wheelchair for hours. While a few staff members genuinely care, the management is beyond incompetent. If you care about your loved one’s well-being, look elsewhere!
