My mother was at Jubilee II from April 2025 through the middle of May 2025 (approximately 6 weeks). During that short period of time, the following occurred: 1. The staff failed to ensure my mother was on her oxygen. 2. My mother was not herself and became nervous/scared. 3. My mother developed a UTI. 4. My mother had not slept for days. The staff knew and did not reported it. 5. My mother "lost" brand new shoes. 6. My mother was left sitting at a dining room table for hours on end without being taken to the bathroom. 7. My mother was placed on a "mood stabilizer" against our wishes. 8. My mother ended up in the hospital and then rehab.

I'm happy to report that my mother is currently doing very well since she left Jubilee II. She is happy, engaged, sleeping well and receiving the care that she needs. Think twice about placing your loved one in Jubilee II. We were very disappointed. I found out that you can use FloridaHealthFinder.gov to check an ALF's license status, deficiencies or past or current fines. It's a good resource.
