Their office staff are attentive and responsive, but their home care staff are inexperienced and lack the empathy and training dealing with the elderly that have a mental disability like dementia or Alzheimer's. I highly recommend finding a different agency if your loved one has or in the beginning stages of a mental disability.

I have been very grateful For Assisting Hands they have made my illness manageable. Have been there for me. I can't say enough positive things about them In spite of in and out hospital admissions, they have been there for me and I have never missed Times of care

After hip replacement I received assistance from Assisting Hands Home Care. The staff were always respectful , friendly and very empathetic. My assistant was excellent and a great help in my recovery. Highly recommended!
