My grandmother moved here a few months ago, she is so happy and well cared for. We’ve been really impressed with the beautiful, clean community and, most of all, the caring staff, knowing they have 24 nursing makes it even more reassuring. It wasn’t an easy decision after visiting a few others but we are glad we followed our hearts. It’s been such a comfort knowing she’s in good hands. Thank you to Musi and Nandy for helping us through the process.

The team at Arbor Terrace Cooper City was truly exceptional from start to finish. Paula and Muci were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and their genuine care for the residents was evident throughout the entire event.<br><br>We were honored to perform live music for the residents and staff, and it was wonderful seeing everyone enjoying themselves and having a great time. The refreshments were a thoughtful touch, but what stood out most to us was the authentic warmth and kindness of the entire team.<br><br>Thank you, Paula, Muci, and everyone at Arbor Terrace Cooper City, for having Jake on the Lake. It was a pleasure performing for you all, and we look forward to coming back!

The staff at Arbor Terrace Cooper City are truly exceptional. Paula and Muci set the tone from the start — their attention to detail and genuine care for the residents was evident in everything they did. They brought in Jake on the Lake for live music, and it was a hit with residents and staff alike. The refreshments were a lovely touch, but what stood out most was something you can’t manufacture — a real, authentic warmth for the people in their care. This is a team that goes above and beyond, and it shows.

I have lived in this community for 5 years. Emily at the front desk always greats everyone by name and has such a warm presence. She is so helpful! Musi in sales is always friendly and a great help as well. The nursing director Jamie never makes me feel dumb and is patient with me 😊. The activities director Paula is very outgoing and takes care of business. The chef Ervin is very personable and his food is yummy. There are amazing activities and I always have things to do. I have made many wonderful friends here. The lobby is always nice and clean, the music is great, and they have tasty pastries. The front desk always has beautiful fresh flowers as well! I have found this community to be a wonderful warm home and would recommend it to anyone and everyone 💕

First let’s talk about the welcome whenever you enter the building especially when Emily is there, all of the nurses are great Karen is so compassionate with the residents. Best place to have your family to live.
