If I could give zero stars I would! The facility seems to be short staffed all the time. The staff do not seem to care about the residents. I have found my loved on in two briefs at one time. And when I bring my concerns to the nurse I am brushed off. Some of the staff is very friendly and cares about the residents and it shows, however there are a few staff that have horrible attitudes. They should not be working with the elderly.

My great grandmother lives here and we were able to celebrate her 100th birthday at joy today. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make her feel special and loved. They created the most amazing birthday party! I left crying happy tears because it reaffirmed how loved my nanny is there. The people there are full of care and love!

Transitioning a loved one from their longtime home into a memory care home is never easy. We feel very lucky to have found The Joy Senior Living.<br>The owners are very involved and accessible which gives it a much more family feeling.<br>Mellissa, the Executive Director is wonderful. She nurtures a culture rooted in genuine care and you can see that on a daily basis. The caregivers are attentive and compassionate.<br>If you are looking for an assisted living or memory care home that can give you a peace of mind knowing your loved one will be well taken care of, The Joy is your place.
