It was a so call inspection today a walk in and out been here awhile same people same no hot water most of the time rude so call director walk in doesn't speak the property MGMT she been in here several times takes pictures of the same thing I tell what needs fixing she says okay I'll fill out a work order that's been going on every since she came still nothing but the staff can talk to you last anykind of way but she will write you up if you say anything back to them they also said they can refuse to come in your apartment which is a lie have a lot more to share later a lot more last night at 535pm my heat went out my daughter called and talked to someone who wouldn't give them there name they said they will pass it on so my daughter called back at 7pm so another person answered she gave her name then later the security guard came and was on the phone with with Ms Samantha after that they called in old faithful ABear who hasn't been in here over 3ys this is to you Mr Owner your staff brought this fight to me months ago mr Owner and it's all coming to a head if you don't know you need to talk to your main people since you believe in them so much on June 17 2026 at 1:30pm property Management Samantha entered my apt while i was out what she did really or didn't do surprised me walked in turned on the light looked recorded her findings and left she left a note saying i passed inspection what did you not see the wet floor by my A/C I came to you on the 14th of May about issues with your thermostat you said you were going to put in a wk order I'm still waiting for All the wk order you told me since you been here since you like residence that don't complain oh well evil is as evil does Jordan square staff
