Wow! This facilities staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. We are currently looking for another facility to move my father to be closer to the family. It was refreshing to experience a pleasant staff and clean facility as well. Those things matter when you have a loved one that needs care and another place to call home.

There is a saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover," and that certainly applies here. The building is older and could benefit from some cosmetic updates, but it is always clean and well maintained. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of care my dad receives. I intentionally visit him at different times of the day to observe how he is being cared for, and each time I have found that he is attended to in a timely manner. The staff is consistently friendly, compassionate, and willing to answer any questions or provide assistance whenever needed. My dad and I are both very happy with our decision to choose Jonesboro Nursing and Healing. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they have shown him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Jonesboro. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. A special thank you to Colette for making my admissions process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. She constantly checked on me throughout my stay and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My room was always spotless and clean. Housekeeping came in daily to mop, provide fresh towels, and change my linens, which made a huge difference in my comfort. Thank you to Joyce, the cook, who made sure I had my turkey sandwich every night just the way I liked it. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. I also want to recognize Raven from HR, who stopped by to check on me and was always pleasant and approachable. She made sure I knew I could reach out if I had any concerns regarding my care or the staff. My nurses, Eunice and Lurline, provided exceptional care and always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. A special shoutout to the CNAs Hardy, Jasmine, Cici, and Arnold for taking such great care of me and always being attentive to my needs. I would also like to thank the DON for being so involved and attentive throughout my stay. It was reassuring to know leadership genuinely cared about the residents. Most importantly, thank you to my therapist CJ, who helped get me walking again. His dedication, encouragement, and expertise played a huge role in my recovery. My stay was originally supposed to be only one week, but because of the outstanding care and support I received, I ended up staying two weeks. Everyone at Jonesboro made what could have been a difficult experience into a positive one. Thank you, Jonesboro, for everything. I am truly grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by every member of your team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently visited my family member at the nursing home, and I had a great experience. From the very beginning, Colette in Admissions to the therapy staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly made a positive impact on my family member’s stay. The staff overall was very friendly, caring, and professional. It gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was in a supportive and compassionate environment. Everyone we encountered took the time to make sure my family member was comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the level of care and kindness shown, and I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for quality care for their loved ones.

Absolutely disgusting. Had to come remove my dad. The mistreatment and negligence is horrendous. If you love your loved one do not put them here. Want details of the pictures just ask. I am reporting them to all regulatory agencies possible.
