I have Been with this company for 13yrs as a CNA and when I started my pay rate was $9.50 it’s is 2026 at the time I had to put an week in a hold back then I have put my 2 week notice in on 3/30/2026 my pay rate out of all these years was $12.50 I have to ask for a Raise which is not right if your client is in the hospital you will not get another one I had no work from October 2025 till the end of January 2026 no Bonus are nothing they make sure you don’t receive unemployment they don’t tell you about Insurance they have Tawanda Brown is very Rude she will not give you a raise every job gives you a raise at least once a year they will not pay you for your week in a hold they lie and tell me they never make you put a week in a hold But I will get a lawyer to look into this company please don’t waste your time please

I worked for a while with this company . Everyone was on point with making sure clients were taking care of made sure that you knew what you needed to do by training you with a worker beforehand. I had no issues with working for them .

Worst company ever, if I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! Horrible pay and horrible management staff. The pay is way below what others pay and they treat your like riff-raff. Super sad for people who actually enjoy this job and want to help others but don't get the SUPPORT they need to do so. And received so many complaints from customers that I was serving and that Homenurse refuses to do anything about it. I would NOT recommend anyone work for this company and I definitely would NOT allow them to service a loved-one!

I had a horrible experience with this agency. They had me working under the wrong program and never fixed it. Once my mom passed, they were very cold hearted and I was shown no empathy. Actually, I called to discuss how I should complete things since I would no longer them. The young lady i spoke with completely ignored me saying I just lost my mom and asked if I wanted more clients! I had to clock in twice a day!!!! Even though I was living with my mom and caring for her 24/7!!!! I kept following up with them about how I was getting paid and THEY NEVER FIXED IT!! The entire time I worked under them, they treated me like i was supposed to know everything!!! I hated working under them!!!!

I can not express how happy and how full my heart is, to have this amazing company! They are family! They make sure they give the upmost love, caring, respectful,and professional service! I would recommend them to anyone! If you need a love one taking care of- this is the family owned/operated company! No one goes with out support for all their family needs! No matter what the situation is! I absolutely adore each one of them for all the help, prayers love and support- for my mother! They go beyond their duties to make sure, she has everything she needs and the care she deserves! For them, I am forever grateful! You can even see the happiness in moms face!
