My Aunt spent two years at The Chalet Montara, and I can honestly say it was the best environment she could have possibly been in. She had dementia and had lived in a few other facilities in the area before this one, but none made her feel as comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely at home as The Chalet did. The staff were patient, attentive, and incredibly kind—not just to my Aunt, but to our entire family. You could tell they truly cared about each resident as an individual, and they were so responsive to our personal requests. The level of compassion and professionalism they showed us made a difficult journey so much easier to navigate. What really set The Chalet apart for us was the owner, Loi. She went above and beyond in every way. Her dedication, warmth, and personal involvement gave us so much peace of mind. We are forever grateful for the care and love my aunt received there. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and heartfelt compassion, I strongly recommend The Chalet Montara.

My mom has been living at The Chalet Montara for some time now and I truly appreciate the care and compassion the staff shows her every day. She has dementia and isn’t able to communicate very well so knowing she’s in a place where people are attentive, patient, and kind means everything to me. Loi, the owner, has created a warm and supportive environment, and it’s clear that she truly cares about the well-being of the residents. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is in good hands. I’m very thankful for everyone at Chalet Montara.

Our dad spent his last 10 months at The Chalet. We looked at half a dozen different care facilities and once we visited The Chalet, we knew we found the place for him. They were the only facility offering a private room with a private bathroom which was huge! The staff has a very loving nature and always seemed to genuinely care about the residents. My husband and I visited almost every day unannounced and never witnessed anything unacceptable. They also made a point of providing entertainment including games, arts and crafts and live music that our dad especially enjoyed! I would like to thank the Director, Loi for the great job she’s done hiring a great staff and keeping her standards high.

I recently had the privilege of visiting the Chalet and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who exuded genuine care and professionalism. The facility is impressive. The living spaces are beautifully maintained and designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. The communal areas are inviting and well-appointed, providing ample opportunities for socializing and recreation. What truly sets them apart is the level of personalized care and attention each resident receives. It's evident that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of everyone under their care. Whether it's assistance with daily activities or organizing engaging events and activities, they are committed to creating a supportive and enriching environment. Overall, my visit left a lasting positive impression. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones can thrive, receive excellent care, and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle in a welcoming community.

This is a wonderful place. The staff are kind, caring, and cheerful. Loi, the director, is very sweet and easy to communicate with. She has a real rapport with the people living at the Chalet and makes them feel at home, and is also very quick to respond to messages from family members and is great about keeping families in the loop about what's going on with their loved one. I can't recommend Chalet Montara highly enough.
