What stands out most is the leadership’s genuine commitment to quality care - not just in words, but in daily practice. The staff is engaged, receptive to education, and clearly supported to provide thoughtful, resident-centered care. It’s clear that this is a community where leadership holds high standards and invests in their team to meet them. From the moment we walked in, it felt different—in the best possible way. Jill’s Harbor is truly a warm, loving home, not an institution. The home setting creates a sense of comfort and dignity, and the collaborative, thoughtful leadership sets the tone for everything that happens there. The care is extraordinary: deeply attentive, compassionate, and personal. The staff know my mom as a whole person, not just a resident, and that has made all the difference. Equally meaningful has been the community of families who are supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in one another. For the first time in a long time, my mom is truly happy, comfortable, and at ease, which brings an indescribable sense of peace to our entire family. There are almost no words to express how completely wonderful this elder care home is! In every possible way, it represents the best of what senior care should be in the US. Attentive, compassionate, dedicated, thorough, kind. We love Gigi and her team so much! Our mother could not be in a better place for her 24x7 care needs. This is a 5 bedroom care home. Spaces are available!
