I have found Jesmond to be a well run place. It's not a resort, but the staff are great and seem to genuinely care. They're pragmatic and helpful in a way not all places are.

My mother in law was there for several months and they took care of her needs It’s like any nursing home health, food and a bed for the patient, the only thing Me and my wife didn’t liked was that she was always sedated heavily but apart from that Good center
