I work in the field so when I needed a skilled nursing facility for my Dad I knew exactly where to take him and I've been extremely pleased and appreciative of the care and therapy he has received thus far. We've been there since last week and I come in daily for a visit and every time I am pleased with the smiles, encouragement and compassion from ALL the staff. Everyone from Amethyst, Ed & Megan on nights to Mike, Michael, Ree? and Amy on day shift...you all are wonderful and I'm so grateful for the care he is receiving there. Jozie and Callie are always great to work with, but being a family member this time has showed me how wonderfully professional they are to from this side of the table too! Alex in therapy THANK YOU for motivating him in the most gentlest of ways!!! I know there are so many more staff members doing their magic and caring for him as well...I'm sorry I don't know all your names just yet but bless you all for the care you offer our loved ones. Thanks for caring for our loved ones when we can't, you all are the best and I will continue to recommend your services to anyone in need.

My mom is treated like a queen. Staff is very friendly and professional. Very clean and great cooked meals. Could not ask for anything better.

My husband was at Jerseyville Manor for a month and I can't say enough about the care he received there. The staff was wonderful and very caring, everything was clean and the meals were pretty good too. My husband passed away while there and everyone was so compassionate and went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. A big thank you to all of you on hall 100 for the excellent care you gave him.

My mom was a patient at Jerseyville Manor bounced back unit for about a month and we were pretty happy with her care there. She was moved into a double room without our knowledge over a weekend. That's when things took a drastic turn. The room was so small We literally had to move her roommate out into the hall so that my mom could use the bathroom. My mom was literally shoved in a corner and forgotten.
