Jennings Terrace was once known as a place centered around dignity, compassion, and genuine community care. Unfortunately, over the years, there has been a noticeable decline in the overall atmosphere, leadership quality, and organizational direction of the facility. White many hardworking individuals still try their best to care for residents and maintain daily operations, there is an increasing sense of stagnation and disconnection coming from upper administration. Communication, morale, and long-term vision appear to have weakened significantly, creating an environment that feels for less supportive and hopeful than it once did. Wthat makes this especially disappointing is that Jennings Terrace still has tremendous potential The facility has history, dedicated workers, and a community that clearly wants to see it succeed. However, meaningful improvement requires leadership that is proactive, transparent. argantized, and genuinely invested in rebuilding trust and stability. This review is not written out of bitterness, but out of sadness and concern. Many residents, families. employees, and community members deserve better than the current direction the institution appears to be taking. I sincerely hope meaningful changes are made before the decline becomes irreversible, because this place still has the foundation to become something truly positive again.

Placed my dad here temporarily because we had to move out of our apartment in a emergency, the Administrator JoMarie Silver decided to kick my blind, bed ridden father out when I asked if he could stay til the 13th of this month while I wait on approval for a new place! She also decided to tell his hospice nurse that she felt as if I dumped my dad there to keep his check! Who in the hell does she think she is? I took care of my mother 14 years until she took her final breath and I've been taking care of my father for the last 5 years I'm not sure about her family but we take care of ours until the end! Her attitude and unprofessional demeanor about the situation was very uncalled for and it definitely needs to be addressed. She has given me 24 hours to get my dad out of her facility! I set up payment with her staff Esther on yesterday but today she decides to tell my dad give her the $2,000 up front for him to stay there until the 13th that he couldn't be billed like every other resident there or he had to go when his hospice stay ends which is tomorrow!

I have found the people that work at Jennings Terrace to really care about all residents that they care for. My mom has dementia and can be quite a handful to care for. Very agitated at times and the people that work there are so PATIENT with her. She started on the assisted living side and then moved to the nursing side. They were concerned on where she should have her new room. I also was able to bring a camera that I bought to monitor my mom. This camera was NOT to watch how she was being taken care of but to see what my mom was doing and how I could help her navigate what she is going thru. It has helped alot and I'm glad this is allowed at Jennings Terrace. I have found cleaning is on top of their list. It never smells like your typical nursing home. Talk to Ester

My mom has been here a few months. The kind heartedness of the staff here stands out. The care is excellent, and she loves it, the staff is so dedicated and so kind. They are a non profit, they are in this for the love of people and not the corporate bottom line, and that shows.
