I don’t know anything about what goes on inside, but I do live in the condos next door and the worst thing they could’ve done was put this place in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It’s 6am and someone has been blasting loud music from their car in the parking lot. The employees and the residents/visitors yell from the top of their lungs outside so I can literally hear everything the screech from all hours of the morning and night. It’s just truly disrespectful how little these people care about those who live in place next to this location and it should be shut down and moved somewhere else in a place that is more acceptable of the loud noise and unprofessional behavior.

We have experienced Exceptional care for our loved one. The entire medical staff, nursing staff, aides, cleaning personnel, and administration have went above and beyond our expectations.

They work are bad they don’t work. Your family member will die because of poor management. They need a whole new building. They have rats on the kitchen. They take the people medicine. They just need a whole need building. Everything is out of order.

The staff care was great. My sister was only there for a little over two weeks . Lala and Holly were so helpful as well as the CNAs and the nursing staff. The only reason I took her out was for her to be closer to where I work.

At Jefferson Manor 2years. Our loved one is well taken care of & treated with respect & care. The room & bed are always clean & comfortable. You can decorate to add a touch of home. Everyone always has a smile & wave when I go to visit. There are plenty of fun activities. Music days are fun to see our loved one & the residents smile, clap, & sing along is heartwarming. We are always informed of any changes medical appointments, & health updates for our loved one. Any requests we have made have been taken care of promptly. If they are aware of anything happening even if it is minor, they call & inform us right away. We appreciate everyone that assist & care for our loved one, from medical staff, administrators, cooks, cleaning, laundry, accounting, maintenance, management, activity director, drivers. We appreciate all that help in the day to day operation. My opinion is that we also have to visit our loved one to help with their care. We are a second pair of eyes in their care because we know our loved ones best.
