I enjoyed visiting with the Eders. It was a pleasant experience playing bingo with them. They were very friendly and very excited. I came with mount Gillian Baptist Church . This was my first time coming and it will not be my last visit. Have a blessed weekend. It was a great fellowship.

My dad has stayed here for skilled nursing multiple times. They are so efficient behind the scenes and extremely organized and kind. He has only had a positive experience here and we truly appreciate how "on top of it" the staff are.

The staff showed empathy and kindness to all the patients ..I could actually see these qualities displayed...I tip my hat off to them because I realized caregiving is a challenging profession. Keep up the good work.

I went to visit my sister today for the first time since she was admitted. We had a very pleasant visit. The staff was considerate and helpful. My sister looked well taken care of. I’m so grateful she is in a healthy environment both physically and mentally.

Seems nice, friendly, and welcoming but it is not. The nurses and the nurse aide are extremely rude to the residents. Residents are not getting their meds on time, aides are lying and saying that they are providing the care and they are not. Aides are not making rounds as they should ( no water/ ice is being passed out, residents are not getting changed as often as they should ; which contributes to UTI AND OTHER INFECTIONS or not at all). They are short staffed, meaning Aides are working 16 hour shifts with 15 plus residents to work with and they are not fulfilling their duties properly because of the stress and strain they have caused by this . Honestly if you’re going to send your loved ones here or any facility, please check on them as often as you can. Make sure they are getting the proper care that they need and also please make sure that they are staying hydrated. NURSE YOLANDA, NURSE DIAMOND, AND MEGAN THE NURSE AIDE, YOU ARE THE BEST AND THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.
