April kept giving us the runaround for months. If they are full why not just say so. Not very good with getting back with you. I wouldn't trust this place for my father anyway. Gehtto! Smelled like urine!

So incredibly happy with the care my dad received at JCMCF. The entire team was amazing! His social worker Erica was absolutely wonderful, great communication and patient. So great to know that there are such good people working in this industry!

My sister was here two years ago and had excellent care and rehabilitation experience. The staff was friendly and nice and caring. The therapy physical and occupational was upbeat and kept spirits up. So the last two times I have needed rehab for Surgeries my first choice was Jackson County Medical Care Facility, unfortunately they were always full I assume because everyone wants in. This time I broke s my ankle and am total non weight bearing for at least 6 weeks who knows after that. Have been at Jackson County Medical Care Facility for 1 week now best rehabilitation facility I have been in. Clean friendly, interested in you and how you really are. Saw one employee stop what she was doing and come hold the hand of patient who was crying during a gospel singer was preforming. I learned later she had lost her husband that week and he loved that song,I thought the employee was very empathetic. I would recommend this facility to any one for them self's or their love ones. 1-15-2026 My sister is getting to go home from here after 21/2 months of in and out between here and hospital. The care is still great, therapy is wonderful, they have been very helpful with getting her back in after long periods of time at hospital. They help so much to help her get home like she wants to be. GREAT PLACE CHERYL SCHWARTZ

The nurses, CNA, PAs and MD were friendly, patient, and attentive to my needs. The physical and occupational therapists were knowledgeable, kind and good at motivating me to reach my goals. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.
