I am forever great full that i met a great senior advisor who shared the community with me . I recently placed a close relative of mine here and i couldn't be more impressed!!!<br><br>Oasis at the Crescent is truly a wonderful assisted living community. From the caring and dedicated staff to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, residents are treated like family every day. The community provides a safe, healthy, and engaging environment where seniors can maintain their independence while receiving the support they need.<br><br>The team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, happy, and well cared for. With great activities, delicious meals, and a strong focus on resident wellness, Oasis at the Crescent is a place where seniors can thrive and families can have peace of mind.<br><br>Highly recommend Oasis at the Crescent to anyone looking for quality assisted living and compassionate care.

If l could give this facility a lower score l would have. This facility is a disaster of epic proportion !!! First, let me say that there are some great people that work there. If you love your family member stay as far away from this facility as possible. The owner(s) could care less about any of the residents that they house. The owner(s) should be ASHAMED of the sub par care and conditions that they provide. Would they place their loved one at Oasis? I seriously doubt it. I can personally attest to the wrong medication being dispensed to my cousin. The Laundry Department sends back the wrong clothes. The clothes are ruined by bleach stains. The management will not replace them so that money is out the window. The amount of theft that goes on at this facility is mind boggling. Again, nothing is done about it. There is a so called “Pastor” who answers the phone & mans the front desk in the evenings. He is rude and not at all helpful. When l asked him for assistance with a wheelchair for my cousin (a resident) l was rudely advised that is not my job. I am wheelchair bound myself. The care at this facility is HORRENDOUS. They are ALWAYS under staffed, which leads back to the owner(s)/management. How does the owner(s) of this facility sleep at night? Everything in this review is the TRUTH !!<br>When choosing ANY facility do your homework first, read reviews, visit unannounced and look around.

Not a great atmosphere especially if your trying to stay clean and sober. The upper management talks a lot and likes to pass the buck. Thanks for nothing.
