For the past year, my dad has been receiving exceptional care at Ivy Park Assisted Living, and I truly could not imagine a better place for him. The entire team is attentive, compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of their residents. What stands out most is how much the staff goes above and beyond. Most recently, Gaby helped us return a scooter that my dad ultimately could not use. This was nowhere near her job description, yet she immediately offered to help, handled everything spontaneously and without hesitation, and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy for our family. That level of kindness and initiative is rare and deeply appreciated. The medical support and attention to detail at Ivy Park have also been outstanding. Their Health Services Director is always informed, proactive, and quick to communicate important updates. The medical technicians and all other personnel are consistently caring, responsive, detail-oriented, and professional. In addition, my dad’s room is comfortable and kept very clean with regular housekeeping. The overall environment is warm, welcoming, and well maintained. Another highlight has been the food — it is truly excellent. My dad genuinely looks forward to every meal and frequently compliments the chef and the creativity of the menu. It has made such a positive difference in his daily quality of life. Knowing my dad is in such capable and compassionate hands gives our family enormous peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for everyone at Ivy Park and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for outstanding assisted living care for a loved one.

I’m really looking forward to my Dad staying at Ivy Park. It was such a pleasure working with Honey, too. She is knowledgeable, caring, accommodating, and even went the extra mile in getting paperwork handled for my Mom. Healthcare challenges can be daunting, but I am grateful to have had Honey in our corner. She was a huge help and I have total confidence that my Dad will be happy here. Thank you!

My father is in memory care at sunrise villa and was diagnosed with scabies..not only does he have Them but my mother has them and she is in the assisted living side. This is the most recent problems we have had with this place. We feel that they are always understaffed, also my father's door is always locked so he can't go to his room all day. They get the people up in the morning and get them all downstairs in one big room and that's where they stay . Until a 15months ago my dad walked 2 miles a day. Now he can barely get out of the chair.

We were sold one situation, that turned out to be a complete different. We brought in a personal caregiver that had been with client for number of years. Her behavior plan was completely ignored; while being replaced with nothing. We noticed weight loss as well as up & down behavior. any time any concerns were brought up. It was answered defensively. & retaliated with lies. there are some good people here. It appears to be managed by fear to staff & residents. We were sold a 4 star that turns out to be a 1 star with red flags.
