We had friendly interactions with staff, but concerns regarding the care needs for a patient were ignored to the point that they were readmitted to the ICU for severe dehydration. The hospital staff commented that the patient's teeth had not been brushed in what seemed like weeks, despite my asking about it at least once while visiting. There was also a situation where fecal matter had been left on the furniture in the room for at least a full day and was visible on the floors in other areas of the building. I'm severely underwhelmed and irritated, and would not return my family to this location for any level of care. They almost killed someone.

My mother, who was a nurse in our facility for 37 years, had to have a brief stay for IV Antibiotic Therapy. She was a little hesitant to be a resident, but ended up enjoying her stay. The staff were responsive & kind, she was always treated with dignity and respect. She enjoyed her roommate & several of the activities. She has started that if she required a future SNF stay, she would certainly choose Ivy Court (Caldera Care) again.

My mom was at Ivy Court for just under a month before coming home on hospice and I feel incredibly lucky that she was there. From the staff, to the office, to social services, every single person showed her and us so much compassion and love. They did everything in their power to keep her comfy and happy during what was a sad and scary transition in her life. She was actually sad to leave and repeatedly spoke about how kind her nursing staff was and how she wanted to take them home with her. Thank you to everyone at Ivy Court for taking such great care of her ❤️ you are all so appreciated!

Having a loved one in a skilled nursing facility is never easy but the staff and leadership at Ivy Court is amazing. My grandma has been a resident for over a year and we are so blessed to have great care and a staff that treats her like she's their grandma. Ivy Court meets with us regularly, reviewing any changes with her status and helps us address them. From simple things like changing the call button so she has an easier time pushing it and personally inviting her to Bingo to making sure her medications are correct, Ivy Court handles it all. My family and I have the reassurance in knowing that she is safe and taken care of 24/7.

AMAZING FACILITY! My mom had a massive stroke and came here for therapy and our family couldn't have asked for a better place to have cared for her. Staff greet you by name and stop and talk with all the people staying there and it really shows how much how they LOVE their patients. After 2 months of great care and phenomenal therapy our mom was able to come home. We cant thank the people at Ivy Court enough for their attentiveness, love and support for not only our mom but for our whole family. This is the only place i would want to send a loved one. Thank you Ivy Court and Staff for EVERYTHING!!
