These people have been misleading from the start! Promised they could provide services 3 days per week for my elderly mother, told her the first day they would only come 2 days per week. Also told my sister the caregiver was punctual and reliable. We’ve been lucky for her to show up once a week and at least 15 minutes late since her first week. The Paoli Indiana office has been horrible!
