I went into the Provo IHC HME outlet and had the most outstanding service ever at one of their stores. The woman at the counter who served me, Megan, was exceptional. She was quick to help me, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way with helpful suggestions that will save me time and money in the future. This has rarely been my counter experience at HME so I was both surprised and delighted with Megan and the extraordinary service she provided. I'll be asking for her the next time!

Not a ton of options for braces/wheelchairs and the employees weren’t knowledgeable about the ones they did have. I like IOC in Orem far better

We had the best experience with having our first baby! We had the absolute best nurses and Drs and were well looked after. I never felt stressed or worried and had all my questions answered so quickly. I highly recommend Utah Valley Hospital for delivering your sweet baby if you want to feel valued and well taken care of :)

A very nice gentleman came by to service my oxygen concentrator. I did not know he was coming, nor was I told that there would be a charge of $98. The gentleman was great, but not knowing was very unimpressive!!!

I received new equipment for my CPAP. The girl was quick and kind. And she informed me that my prescription for items would end in one month. That was very helpful because now have made doctod appointment to get that prescription ordered
