Lila comes to help a family member with dementia shower and dress. She talks with him and helps him get started playing the piano, which he always loved. She earned his trust quickly and he willingly takes a shower at her direction, unlike with family members. She also helps with light housework, taking the initiative to notice things that need to be done--laundry washed, dried or folded & put away, dishwasher loaded or unloaded, kitchen counters & appliances wiped, floors vacuumed or swept, and mopped if needed. She is very upbeat & positive, as well as sweet & kind. Lila is an outstanding worker. Also, Hayley (intakes) and Brittany (billing) are very capable and pleasant to work with.
