I wish to share my gratitude for Symbii Home Health and Hospice care. Our son recently passed away and Symbii provided the Hospice care. Lisa and Katie are true professionals and are experienced at what they do for families. The support we received from them was amazing. They are caring and genuine in their approach with supporting families through tender situations. I recommend Symbii without any reservation.

I was confused at first when asked by hospital staff who I'd like to choose. But it was soon clear they were talking about at-home follow up. I was happy to hear about this. Ended up picking Symbii since staff spoke highly of them. Good choice too. My nurse was young, but her mom was a home visiting nurse and this girl had already spent a year in a new born ICU, something I knew from my own experience with my severe premature daughter. Only certain kinds of people endure a crucible like that. Takes a very special heart. My Physical Therapist was in his mid 50's and knew how to deal with a grumpy grandpa like me. Nice person to work with. I appreciated the good people who visited me and made sure I was on the mend. Many thanks for being there! 😊

Symbii Hospice helped us in our time of need! They were able to help us get home from the hospital fast (even on the weekend) so that my father could be at home for his final hours. Lisa was comforting and knowledgeable and helped us through the process. Then Holly helped us with the Aftercare to walk me through what comes next. We are so thankful for their quick response and support through this difficult time.

The ladies that came to help me after surgery were all awesome! Kind, helpful, professional, and caring. My nurse, Madi, my PT Beth, Shower aide Analise and other nurse (Brooke?) were all great. I enjoyed their visits and help. PT was tough ( I had been in so much pain before surgery, so was expecting pain after), but firm- and so helpful. I appreciate that Beth acknowledged the work I put in, and all were encouraging.Thank you All!

A whole army of Symbii specialists/therapists came regularly one at a time to help me gain strength, balance, and stamina. Accompany me on our mile walks. The nurse dressed my wounds. One helped me adapt my home surroundings to accommodate my needs. Someone came to help me shower three days per week. Even a doctor stopped by one time. All of them helped build my confidence. I had never heard of Symbii and was afraid insurance chose some fly-by-night company that made the cheapest bid. Instead everyone was great, professional, interested in helping me.
