Right at Home has been amazing! We interviewed several different agencies to help care for our elderly father with dementia and Parkinson’s. We had a great feeling they were the right fit and after 3+ months, our feeling has been confirmed. We have caregivers come every weekday, all day, to help our father while we are at work or running errands. They have amazing caregivers who show up ready to help in every way—companionship, getting dressed, doing physical and exercise activities, cooking, you name it. They also do household chores to help make the home look better. And they do not just sit and wait to be asked to do things. They are self-starters, suggest activities or tasks they can help out with, and are always eager to help. They are super flexible with the schedule and are always willing to add extra hours if requested or reduce hours if we have an appointment outside the home. The care team in charge of scheduling is super responsive and always willing to make sure our needs are fulfilled. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra help for your loved ones. They are the best!

We have had a very positive experience with Right at Home. Their staff has been kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They have helped us understand how the Medicare GUIDE program can be used to provide care and respite for caregivers of those with dementia. They respond quickly to questions and concerns, and consistently check to ensure things are going well. They are very reliable and have been a great support.

Wow where to begin! Right at Home have been amazing, all the caregivers are hard working and so kind to my parents. We have been using RAH for 24/7 care for my 97 and 100 year old parents, I can’t express how pleased we have been. They do everything, cooking, cleaning, laundry, showering, playing the piano and guitar, sitting and listening to their stories etc. And the owner, care coordinator and other office staff have been super helpful and so easy to work with! I highly recommend this company!!

We have been so pleased with Right at Home for our mother. She has caregivers coming 5 hours a day. My mom absolutely loves every one of the caregivers that comes to her house. They have been competent and kind! Holly has been so easy to work with. My mom’s needs are constantly changing and Holly is willing to make any changes we ask of her. I can tell she truly cares about my mom. Right at Home was the best choice we made for my momma care.

Right at Home has been a lifesaver for us! My father got to a point where he needed more care and it was a process finding the right company to help. They were not pushy and answered all my questions and more (helping me know what questions to ask other companies). The owners showed compassion and real interest in the home assessment. They got helpers for my Dad quickly and it has been so so good for him. He was very reluctant at first but now he can't imagine not having their help! They are all so good, helping him to keep as much independence as possible while keeping him and his home safe. They really know how to tune in to my dad's sense of humor and that helps him relax and trust them. Their coordinator, Holly, is amazing! She will often text me if I've missed an important thing in the caretaker's daily notes and keeps our schedule flowing smoothly. We would be so burnt out without their help and I will be forever grateful!
