Completely useless when my dad was dying. Then wanted to harass us when we had complaints by having 3 different people come to our house just to ask the same questions over and over again to get to a “resolution.” They didn’t bathe him or change his bedding or anything. All they did was come by to check vitals (not sure why, he was on his literal deathbed). And they took 3+ days to bring any sort of medication for relief or hospital bed that they wouldn’t even help move him onto. Just completely useless, pick a different company.

Started august 30 2025 referrals from hospital no response . Referral from Dr no response. Calling myself a nurse will call you back no response. This is now September 9th no response. We have given up on them . Moving on

These people were a godsend for the end of my father’s life. They are so compassionate, caring, and professional. Thank you for the wonderful care and making a terrible time a little better and easier. Everyone was great, some were exceptional but I won’t name people online. Highly recommend them.

Integrity took care of my mother until she had to go to a nursing home. The aide was very loving and felt like part of the family.
