Completely useless when my dad was dying. Then wanted to harass us when we had complaints by having 3 different people come to our house just to ask the same questions over and over again to get to a “resolution.” They didn’t bathe him or change his bedding or anything. All they did was come by to check vitals (not sure why, he was on his literal deathbed). And they took 3+ days to bring any sort of medication for relief or hospital bed that they wouldn’t even help move him onto. Just completely useless, pick a different company.

Started august 30 2025 referrals from hospital no response . Referral from Dr no response. Calling myself a nurse will call you back no response. This is now September 9th no response. We have given up on them . Moving on

We have been very dissatisfied with this service. We were told that care providers would come on certain days; we've been using the service for about a week and a half and have had two no-shows on scheduled days. They randomly rescheduled us to different days without prior notification which makes predictability very difficult. They also can't seem to communicate between departments or hold on to authorizations. I watched my mother authorize multiple people as authorized decision-makers and contacts during a visit to the home, but the main office claims that they have no record of it. When trying to discuss the issue with someone in the Joplin office I couldn't have a conversation with the person who constantly interrupted. I had to call the director for operations over the whole state and STILL we couldn't get things arranged correctly. We were told that the "days change to fit the provider's schedules from week to week and this is just how it is." For anyone trying to help a parent from a distance or even someone who is working and needs reliability, avoid this company like the plague. Choose one more reliable, that will make a schedule and stick to it. Also, Mercy Hospital uses this company by default if there is no preference - ASK FOR A A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

These people were a godsend for the end of my father’s life. They are so compassionate, caring, and professional. Thank you for the wonderful care and making a terrible time a little better and easier. Everyone was great, some were exceptional but I won’t name people online. Highly recommend them.
