Our mom has Dementia and panic attacks. This facility has been an answer to prayer. The staff cares deeply and those with leadership roles are extremely kind and willing to listen and make changes when needed to adjust mom’s care. Not fancy; but highly recommend.

Do not recommend this place. The nurses and CNAs are working understaffed and getting administration to help is like pulling teeth. Your loved ones cannot be cared for properly because the lack of help from higher ups. Filthiest nursing home in the area. Other than poor leadership, the nurses and CNA’s are all very caring. Highly recommend Union County Long Term Care😀

Integrity for me was very unfamiliar at first. When I came here from the hospital, I had a feeding tube in and I was unaware of the facts of the present day. I lost ten years of my life. With therapy and caring staff, I feel as if that going home will be easier. The social worker, Shatina, has been kind, understanding and very honest. When I was wrong with other people who work at Integrity I was told to go elsewhere. The sad thing is other nursing homes were not clean and the food was not good. I like varieties. That is what Integrity of Anna.

Very professional and loving staff! Anna Integrity is definitely home away from home. Everyone there is family and treats everyone as such! The therapy department is definitely amazing as well. Very clean. This place is a must for any long term or short term needs.

Each and every staff member takes their time and love and care for the residents. The Administrator goes above and beyond too care for all of the folks at Integrity Healthcare of Anna. It is always a clean environment. I love seeing all the smiling faces, it makes you feel great too see all the smiling faces knowing they are very well loved and cared for.. This place is wonderful and I recommend it 100%
