Unprofessional care. Had to give management the exact same doctors orders at least 4 times post surgery before the staff even came close to following orders when my grandmother was there. One "plump" nurse even stepped on wounded foot.

Integrity Healthcare Communities the absolute shadiest company I’ve ever done business with. They booked our staff for 3 straight months in all buildings and racked up over 500k in staff and sold their buildings for $10 played the shell game and ran from us for 4 years. We received judgements in February. Almost bankrupted our company. There is nothing integrity about this company and I hope no resident ever steps foot into those buildings ever again. The shell game doesn’t mean you’re not guilty it means you just played dirty. They also were sued by a resident and she was issued a judgement in almost 500k from One of their buildings and they didn’t pay her either. But here they are operating multiple buildings in Illinois, under a different LLC. Scam artists.

It is disgusting. So dirty and smelly. I wouldn't put my enemy in there. It's like walking into a nightmare. Go see for yourself. This place needs to be shut down. The owner is not spending money on the patients. How awful. My heart breaks for those poor people. The owner should be ashamed.
