We have had an amazing experience with this home health team. Nurse, Jordan, has been absolutely incredible. She is attentive, compassionate, and truly takes the time to care for our family member. She never rushes through visits and always makes sure we understand everything, especially when it comes to wound care. Her knowledge and willingness to teach have given us so much confidence in caring for our loved one. Eddie has also been wonderful during physical therapy sessions. He is patient, encouraging, and takes the time to make each session comfortable while helping build strength and confidence. Any time we've had questions, we've called the office and received immediate answers. It's reassuring to know they're always available and ready to help. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend this team

Thank you Brittany for being a trusted healthcare Leader. Because of your support, one of my family members has utilized your Home Health care organization to support their recovery from a terrible fall that resulted in bone fractures. My family member has been grateful for your Physical Therapists support, as well as the training given, so that getting stronger and what it takes to keep healing was well understood.

Beware - do not use this company!! My mom was being transferred out of skilled nursing back into her memory care facility. This company (Bridgette) solicited me for their business ruthlessly by calling me repeatedly and then telling me that they were my mom's PT/OT provider. As she had been receiving daily therapy at the skilled nursing facility, I thought this would be a continuation of care so I agreed to meet with them. It was not. They came to the memory care facility and saw her without my permission, or with me in attendance, after that initial phone call. It was only after I visited her at the memory care facility did I see a folder for Inspired Homecare with a bunch of forms and a handwritten sheet of exercises. I always request that I meet with providers as she has dementia so I can answer their questions. I thought, ok, at least she is in the PT/OT schedule and they'll continue. I visited her several times a week, but never seemed to catch the therapist at the facility and I noticed the login sheet they provided in the folder was empty. Several weeks go by and I talk to several staff members at the MC facility to find out how the therapy is going. They said no one had been back after that initial visit. My mom was also being seen by a nurse from IH's psych nursing team (as she had recently been put on new meds). Since she worked for the same company, I often asked her to put in a call or email to have someone contact me about her PT because getting someone to answer the phone at this place is a joke. I left several messages, but no one called. Finally, I got ahold of a nurse and then was referred to the Executive Director, Devon. All she did was apologize. The PT that has initially saw my mom came once. She had reported back that since my mom had dementia, she could not discern right from left and therefore should not receive therapy. What???! Why not call and tell me that? I, too, worked with my mom during my visits. She does not know right from left or the day of the week, but I would tap her leg and say, lift your leg or lift your arms, and she would. We practiced sitting to standing and leg lifts on the side of the bed, etc and she complied. So then Devon told me that after I asked the psych nurse to contact me, they decided to go back out and reevaluate her. Mind you, they didn't call me or tell me, as requested, they went ahead and saw her again without permission. But this time, the initial PT had "a family emergency" so they contacted another company to go back out and see my mom!!! The healthcare company hired a 3rd party healthcare company to do PT?? She said normally they were reliable, but in this case they went once and again did not return or contact me. I requested that all documents signed with this company be sent to me - from the initial doctor's order to the last visit with this other company - and was assured they would be. Guess what - I have had ZERO contact with them! They act like ambulance chasing lawyers in order to get your business, then lie, provide poor/nonexistent communication, and worst of all, they hurt my mom. Without those vitals weeks of continued physical therapy, she began to regress. She was walking 200 yards with a walker after being discharged from skilled nursing. She became wheelchair bound within 2 months. Delayed care is like no care at all. This is the kind of company that seems to take advantage of the most vulnerable for a few Medicare dollars. I'm still waiting for those documents....
