I am writing to formally provide feedback regarding my sisters care with Inspire. Unfortunately, we found the conduct displayed during our year and a half to be unsatisfactory at best for the following reasons:<br>Inadequate communication, Tracey C. ADON could mess up a one pony parade. I tried calling to voice concerns and was met with a text 4 days later. It never got better. First day, first shift caregiver was a no show and it went downhill ever after. Caregivers also voiced no communication with administrators. They should not have taken on a 24/7 care if they couldn't staff. Several aides complained of working 24 36 or 48 hours shifts. My sister on two occasions was abandoned by caregivers. My sister acquired several UTI's during this year and a half. We have cameras and caregivers did not use asceptic technique, one wiping her nose and then cathing without hand washing. Caregivers also stole camera equipment and turned off cameras. The list goes on.<br>I believe that constructive feedback is essential for professional growth and improvement. I hope they take this matter seriously and consider making necessary adjustments for future patients.
