I've had clients at this community for years, and the difference in their wellbeing has been remarkable. The leadership team is compassionate, responsive, and clearly experienced in dementia care. Staff know every resident by name and treat them with genuine warmth. I also highly recommend the chef's gourmet cookies!

I have had 3 family members at Inspirations over the the last 10 years. While no memory care situation is perfect, our family has been overall pleased with the services. The location is small and easy for the residents to navigate. The residents freely move around the building at their own pace. Meals are served in the common area, but those who prefer to remain in their room are served in their private room. Family is always welcomed and encourage to visit.<br><br>Each of the 3 family members who landed in Inspirations Lutherville started in other facilities - from large expensive memory care facilities to small rehab facilities. For various reasons, each member had poor experiences that required a change. Inspirations has been a pleasant location for a difficult disease, dementia.

I am writing to formally report extremely concerning conditions I witnessed during a recent visit to Inspirations Memory Care. I visited the facility at the request of a neighbor who is considering it for her parents.<br><br>Upon entering, I immediately noticed a pervasive and overwhelming odor of urine, waste, and vomit throughout the building. Furthermore, the facility's security and check-in protocols appeared non-existent; I was directed to the common area by a staff member without being asked to identify myself or sign in.<br><br>Most alarmingly, while in the main common room, I observed multiple rodents out in the open, feeding on debris on the floor.<br><br>These conditions are unacceptable and pose a significant health and safety risk to the residents. I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention immediately to ensure the well-being of those currently in their care.

We were very satisfied with the care our dear friend received at Inspirations memory care unit in Lutherville. Our friend was safe and well taken care of by Inspirations for three years. The staff was always considerate and caring and the management was helpful and always available for us. The care was very personable. If you have a loved one that needs memory care services we would highly recommend this facility.<br>Stuart & Gayle

AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FACILITY. The neglect caused our loved one to lose mobility. The ridiculous amount of food caused our loved one to lose an incredible amount of weight. We brought in 24-hour private duty care to stay with our loved one, as we couldn't trust the staff in this facility. We removed our loved one from this facility, and is now thriving in a 5-star facility. Hallelujah!
