I want to give a huge shout-out to Connor, an outstanding maintenance professional! He truly loves what he does, and it shows in the exceptional quality of his work. Every task is handled with care and excellence, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. What makes Connor even more special is how kind and compassionate he is toward everyone—especially my aunt. She’s been living here for a year now, and all she ever talks about is how wonderful Connor is! We’re so grateful that Inglenook takes such great care of her.

My mom moved in 9 days ago and is having a great time. She’s happier than I have seen her in years. The staff is wonderful! They are very kind and attentive. Her apartment is large, she has a beautiful view of the garden and koi ponds. She has made friends and has gone on two outings so far. The activities they provide are great! Kyle and Tony have made her feel a part of the family there. Best decision we made for mom.

When our family decided it was time to look for a residence for mom we looked at only one place. My grandmother had spent 9 years as a resident and truly enjoyed her time at Inglenook. We met Tony Cox on our first visit; he was very helpful in getting mom's apartment ready for her and personally welcoming her to the Inglenook community. The rest of the staff has been wonderful as well. Kudos to Inglenook!

I came here looking for a place for my mom. I toured Inglenook a few weeks ago, and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. Everyone here made both myself and my mom feel ease. Our tour was with Tony, he made sure to listen to my concerns and also made my mom feel comfortable as she has been in overwhelmed with the process. He kept her laughing through the entire tour. The new rooms are so inviting with a great view of the courtyard. His follow up in the coming days after the tour has also been outstanding. He made sure that our questions were answered and that we were clear on what the next steps were. I cannot thank the team at Inglenook enough.

Inglenook at Brighton is an amazing place. We were hesitant when choosing an assisted living facility for our loved one. We called about 15 places, asked questions, called back again and asked more questions. Inglenook answered every question without any pause, invited us each time we called tour, with no appointment necessary. Which is why we chose Inglenook. They were patient and kind while our loved one transitioned into her new home. The apartment was spacious, great balcony updated kitchen and bathroom. And plenty of actives to keep busy. She was a fiery one, and they recognized her special spirit immediately and met it with understanding and kindness. I never felt like my calls to check on her were bothersome, in fact they were welcomed. As she needed more help over time, all of her needs were met. I know it takes an entire team to keep things running smoothly. From Nellie at admittance, to the nurses Gaye, Sasha, violet , the maintenance man Randy, the kitchen staff, the event coordinator Nicole and front desk misty and Luna. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for our loved one while she was living here. I couldn’t possibly mention everyone by name but the entire staff was kind and helpful!!! Sadly, our loved one passed on to her next adventure. Move out was as smooth and easy as it could be during this difficult phase. I’m thankful to Inglenook for making this entire experience as easy as possible.
