If there were a negative rating scale I would have started there at the maximum .The so called nurses that come do Not have education in meds or memory of what meds patient is taking that they prescribe and they prescribed meds that cannot be mixed with opioids .I am dropping them all together for my loved ones sake .

The workers were fantastic!! Diego and Sharon 10 Stars Plus 🤗🤗🤗🤗 HOWEVER!!!! Two separate workers tell me the exact same thing and they work in different departments that the supervisor would be out to re-cert me.. 🧐🧐🧐🧐 We're almost at 2 weeks later no one showed up😳 I called on Saturday to the on call they assured me they would call me on Monday!!! Come Monday night no one bothered to even call!! come Tuesday morning I CALLED MYSELF... NOW AS A PATIENT I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO DO THAT!!! Now I'm bringing my point too is!!! FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP..🧐🧐🧐🧐 Just because we're seniors does not mean you cannot follow up and do your job someone should have called me Monday they did not!!! AND TRUTHFULLY THERE IS NO EXCUSE!! JUST BECAUSE I'M A SENIOR DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME WITH NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE!! ONE SIMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE SUFFICED!!! THANK YOU FOR WHOMEVER HAS LISTEN... PS..... This world is built on the back of seniors just a thought.....🤔🧐🤔

The only good service I had was my physical therapist she was awesome. The rest of the service was poor. I will not have you guy's again. The RN was not a good RN.
