I went there to visit a family relative. Who is currently very sick? All in all I enjoyed my visit and the staff was very nice. I think maybe they're a little understaffed, but they were extremely polite while we were there and explained his medical condition to us. Even though it's sad to see him in this situation, I was blessed with the opportunity to have a visit with him. So thank you so very much

The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean. They are doing a great job taking care of my sister on the fifth floor. The only thing that could improve is to eliminate a certain order that permeate the floor And the rooms.

My comment is on the visitor entry protocol at your facility. During my visit on Dec 23, I was required to provide my and my mother’s full legal names in three separate formats: a digital kiosk, a public-facing ledger, and verbally to the front desk staff. This process is not only redundant but also raises privacy concerns, as my personal information and my mother's full name are left visible to other visitors in the public book. I was informed by staff that this is a safety policy; however, I believe the current execution is inefficient and creates an unwelcoming, institutional atmosphere. A review of these procedures to ensure they are both efficient and respectful of visitor and resident privacy would be ideal.

This nursing home does not even deserve 1 star. In the time that my brother was there- he was only bathed once from the staff. They are understaffed and the staff that is working there are apathetic to what is going on. The smell of the place hits you as soon as you get off the elevator on any floor. Whenever I visited he was always dirty, unkempt and unbathed. The nurses and aides are usually in the office or sitting at the desk and for much of the time on their phones or on the computer in the office. I even had to sweep and mop my brother's area to get it somewhat clean. All of the clothes and underwear I had bought him went missing-several hundred dollars worth. The social worker Ms. Harriet does not answer any emails and in order to discharge him, informed me that he would have a home attendant once he was discharged but that was a lie. The staff there are not trained to handle or deal with dementia patients and I saw no evidence of any kind of activities that would keep the patient's mind active. All this to say- DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVE HERE!

I've been visiting my friend for over three years now. And Fieldstone is one of the best nursing homes. The workers and attendees are fantastic. Thank you all for your service.
