DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! The level of care my mother received at this facility was horrible. Before she was admitted, both the hospital and I clearly informed staff that she was a high fall risk and medically unstable. Despite those warnings, she was left unsupervised, and she fell the following morning. What makes this worse is that the fall was entirely preventable. The facility had full knowledge of her condition, yet they failed to provide even the most basic monitoring or safety measures. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no meaningful communication afterward—just excuses. A nursing home’s first responsibility is to protect vulnerable residents. This facility failed at that in the most fundamental way. If you have a loved one who requires attentive, consistent care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Neglect like this is unacceptable, and families deserve better.

My father is in this place and I have seen extreme neglect, he has Alzheimer’s and he depends 100% on the nurses. The nurses dont really check on their patients in there rooms !! There’s not even alarms on the beds!! My dad has fallen several times and has gone to the hospital due to his!! Thanks to this understaffed facility 🤬. If there’s too many patients for them to take care of why do they keep getting more patients?!? Some patients sit on their poop 💩 for too long!! Some patients are at risk of falling and the facility doesn’t do anything to improve the situation!!

I witnessed serious neglect in this facility. Residents were left soiled, rooms were unsanitary, and basic care was ignored. Certain staff seemed overwhelmed and disconnected. Concerns were dismissed. Families: Please stay vigilant.

It's a wonderful place to be in for the love ones. Staff are really nice specially the social worker. Very professional.

Nice place. Takes good care of the folks. My grandmother was here. The rehabilitation staff did a fantastic job helping her to regain her independence (that was very important to her) and she was treated with a lot of dignity and respect. She said she really liked the weekly/holiday events like dancing and stuff. The residents there really seemed to enjoy it. Plus, I've seen reviews that it may not have been *super* clean before. It looks like the staff really took that to heart and the facilities were very clean the last time me and my grandma were there.
