This place never disclosed that By law a PNA account is supposed to be set up for each patient admitted .The amount out of each check is governed by the state There is a minimum c which used to be $45 dollars/ month ,then went to $60/month.My father passed away and when asked for his PNA account refund. He spent $12 dollars for a haircut and in five years and now they are Illegally trying to steal the account by putting it towards a made up balance which is illegal. His wallet and I'd has been stolen. They lost his clothes and made my sister buy him new ones instead of using the Pna account. They are trying to illegally keep over $2300 plus dollars. We are going all the way.The Office of Obusdman is now involved and they are helping with the Dept of Nursing home complaints division and officially filing With the Philadelphia Da office for misappropriation of funds. They are trying to say they put the balance from his PNA account towards some fictitious bill that is 100% illegal. This place kept trying to send false ledgers. They also claim he has no admission sheet and they don't do one It's law they are required.Dont leave your loved one in this disgrace of a place We will find the scum buckets stealing these accounts for my dad and your loved ones.too.Until this place is investigated don't leave your loved one here. Its sad some people there won't let you talk with the owners because I doubt they would want the State in there going over their records It's no longer run by the Diaosces,it's now private and Really a bad place to be.

Desia Campbell and Toniann two cnas at Mary Immaculate Rehabilitation facility WERE SUPERLATIVE. My elderly mother was very demanding today and was requesting their assistance non stop. Desia and Toniann had their hands full with a lot of other patients, but they never lost patience and always found the time for mom, leaving mom clean and changed, peacefully resting in her bed. I cannot say enough good things about Desia and Toniann . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Yusuf Jones,a CNA, proved also to be a huge empath, he provided a recliner, a warm blanket and a sandwich without me even asking, when I had to spend the night with mom, always ready to come to our help, he proved to be a source of comfort and relief like no other.

Roee Tanai - that is not true and you know it. You called me as soon as you saw my 1 star review. You continued to cut me off as I was attempting to answer your questions and then hung up on me. When I advised you that I would be by today for a meeting and would stop by your office to further discuss, you told me that was not necessary. You fail to let me speak without interruption and speak over me. This has been the case with each of our interactions. If you want to improve the facility hire competent employees and take accountability for things not being handled properly instead of making excuses. Your staff members have repeatedly violated my POA rights.
