Food was plentiful and tasty. Care givers were prompt and courteous. Entire staff made me feel welcome. Kudos to Kassidy for some fantastic care and Tyler in Physical Therapy for not letting me give up. 2 month patient in 2026 absolutely can’t say enough good things about this facility. One of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen

I visited a longtime friend who has been in and out of a number of facilities recently. I found my visit worked well - I sat and observed the end of physical therapy and conversed with him during lunch. The staff was prompt and helpful but not intrusive. I had a question whether he could have some low sodium garden salad I brought and got an answer - he enjoyed the salad. He was happy overall with his care

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my nurse. From the moment she walks into the room, you can feel the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care she has for her patients. I appreciate the care during my stay here. You can tell that nursing is more than just a job to her because of the level of support and encouragement she shows. Thank you for everything that you do and for caring with both skill and heart !! You made my stay feel very cared for and safe. You will not be forgotten !! Michelle

I was a patient here in October 2025 and had an amazing experience, getting me home successfully following a hip replacement. Now, my daughter is a patient following a complicated knee replacement and again Ignite Tulsa is exceeding our families expectations. I highly recommend coming here for short stay rehabilitation!

My mom got there on the 19 of March. At first everything was fine she was in household 1 and there was an RN there SUPER HATEFUL! She never wore a name tag but there was two CNA Kayla and brandy they treated my mom like a human. Well she was getting a private room and got switched to 3rd floor they were nicer, but lacked blood drawn every week. She is a stage 5 kidney failure, heart problems and prone to fluids. Pic below is her feet from fluid intake, I asked them for a soild wk to PLEASE get her into the dr for an appointment! We had 2 care meetings and last meeting was about if she was ready to leave for home…. Physical therapy lady said no because her shortness of breath and her wheezing. Nicco was on board. Then all sudden I get a phone call from Nicco saying she was being discharged Tuesday again she was still swollen from fluids. I asked Nicco if we can discharge Friday and she said yes. Well yesterday I got a phone call from Kara or Tara on the 3rd floor let me know they finally did bloodwork and my mom was at a 5% on her blood 🩸….she was transferred to the hospital and this is where I am beyond LIVID!!!!!!!!!! Instead of COMMUNICATING with me that once she was admitted she’d be discharged from ignite. I even called them at 9:44am to ask about her list of medication 💊 they didn’t even give me a heads up that she was discharged….. imagine my surprise when the front desk receptionist told me she was discharged and housekeeper gathered everything up. James he was in charge of the housekeeper and he was a breath of fresh air today with all this happening at once.
