I have worked for Ideal health care systems for 6 years . It has been the best experience in my career in nursing . It’s always team work . The administration is very helpful , always there when called whatever time and day to help with any work questions . The administration is very caring to their Patients and this makes my work as a nurse doable and easier . The administrator is completely hands on it’s just a company that I have worked for with ease and I enjoy working for Ideal. All the office workers the HR are all caring to patients and to workers . Thank you Ideal .

They are very professional. They took care of my mom and went above and beyond to make sure she got all the care she needed.
