The Idaho State Veterans Home in Post Falls is a 64-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated on November 11, 2022. It provides skilled nursing care to eligible veterans and their spouses, widows, or widowers.

Admission is available to peacetime or wartime veterans who have completed at least 90 days of service and received an honorable discharge, as well as to spouses, widows, or widowers of eligible veterans. Wartime veterans receive priority admission status. Applicants must be residents of the State of Idaho and either eligible for Medicaid benefits or able to pay the established maximum monthly nursing care charge. The facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
