I have waited to leave this review in hopes the pain would ease. I really would like the number the company that owns this place. You really should be aware of what's going on here. I unfortunately had to quickly choose this facility for my father as I lived in a different state and I will never forgive myself for choosing this place. It's absolutely filthy the staff is lazy!! Within 31 days of my father being here he had a cut on his hand no one knew what happened. Then he somehow fell and broke his hip. This facility let him lay there until the next day before transportation was called to take him to the hospital. This facility lost him and didn't know which hospital he was at. Finally the hospital called me not this dirt hole place. My father was unable to walk. But during my meeting with Savannah he was blamed for getting up in the middle of the night and fell on his way back. Everyone knows that's another lie. My father sadly was never given a chance here. They didn't feed him. They would throw the tray then blame him he couldn't feed himself which unfortunately led to his passing just 3 months later. The owner really needs to be aware of Savannah and her radical behavior. Then to add insult to injury I had over paid for my father and Mary said she would get me a check in the mail along with the 1 or 2 personal items they could find of my father's. They lost his watch, wallet and the clothes he had. If you really care about your loved ones do NOT send them here!!! Updated 2-19-2026 No one answers the phone. They never have. Everyone has something to hide. Prepare for audit - drug test- INSPECTION TIME!! As many are leaving what I feel are false reviews in an attempt to cover up mine. This place is vile! No one and I do mean no one can possibly have a good experience here!!!!! Looking forward to that IRS audit? I will stay on this place until those doors are permanently locked !!!

My Uncle is currently at this facility and at first, I will admit I had my reservations about it due to the area but first impressions mean everything. From my first visit I was won over by the hospitality and warm greeting from staff and administration. I haven't had any issues speaking to nurses when calling and they will call and keep me updated as well on a daily. So far, I'm pleased with the services and care my Uncle is receiving. I Salute the staff and administration at Huntsville Post Acute & Rehabilitation Center. Thanks for your time, attention and care that you give my Uncle.

My husband was a resident at Huntsville Post Acute & Rehab for 8 months and they were amazing. Marcy from Admissions visited him several times when he was out to the hospital. The Administrator John came by his room frequently to make sure he was satisfied with his stay. Savannah and her nurses and CNA 's were great. A special thank you to his nurse Jean and CNA's Jamie, Taylor, and Mary, you guys were his favorite. Destiney and her dietary staff were awesome. Tonya and her housekeeping staff always had the facility so clean and smelling good. Isaiah and his therapy team were amazing and got him walking again. Clare and her girls in activities sure do a good job keeping the residents entertained and happy throughout the day. Melissa and Mary from the business office were phenomenal when I had insurance and billing questions. I'm so glad that I picked this facility to take care of him.

The food is great and the portions are perfect size and the facility is super clean and decorated to make you feel right at home. I feel like I'm around family and that's what the staff is to me. If anyone needs to send their loved ones to a facility I highly recommend this one. You won't regret it!!
