Worst Place to have a family member at. They do not care about the residents that live in the facility. Elder Abuse happens daily, the State Of Missouri apparently doesn't care about what gets reported enough to take things seriously, I wish that my family member didn't have to reside here. Every employee at this facility needs to be trained how to work in a nursing home, needs to be taught that you treat the residents that reside their how you would want your mother, father, grandparents, aunts, uncles, children, nieces, and nephews treated. Remember You Work In Their Home It's Not The Other Way Around.

They killed my mother and refuse to provide her medical records. My mother called me once to tell me she was denied her medicine and no one would help her with her phone. She died a few days later and no one knows what happened. The manager of the nursing home gave me a completely different story than the funeral home and the hospital. Then she was sure to point out how my mother didn't have a bill. She also told my family that my mother didn't talk to me at all which is a lie.

The wonderful staff and residents made my momma a home. She loves you all and ty from the bottom of my heart. I cant brag enough on your facility!!
