Cara, the physical therapist at Adoration Home Health in Sikeston, deserves every bit of this 5-star review and more! Our family has been incredibly impressed with the care, compassion, and dedication she has shown to my aunt. When we needed help on short notice, Cara went out of her way to get my aunt worked into her schedule and was so accommodating in finding a time that worked for everyone. That level of flexibility and willingness to help immediately gave us confidence that my aunt was in great hands. What truly makes Cara exceptional is the genuine care she shows for her patients. She is kind, patient, encouraging, and treats my aunt with so much respect and compassion. She has a wonderful way of making people feel comfortable while still providing excellent therapy and support. One thing that especially stood out was that after the visit, Cara took the time to personally text me an update on how everything went. She certainly didn't have to do that, but it meant so much to our family and showed just how invested she is in the people she serves. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Cara is a shining example of what healthcare should look like. Adoration Home Health is fortunate to have her on their team.
