The cna's do not take care of the residents as well as they should. They are either to busy talking or on their phone. The food is terrible considering how much a resident is required to pay to stay there.

My 94yr old dad is there was was allowed to fall out the bed and hurt his ribs. This is so unsatisfactory in my eyes, why aren’t safely protocols put in place to prevent this type of actions?
