They treat people who walk in like they are trash. Their contracted employees fly out of the parking lot on the wrong side going the wrong way and have almost hit me several times. When brought to their attention their response is that they can't control their employees. But they expect people to trust them with the care of elderly citizens and disable human beings? Not with the carelessness of their employees.
