I've had Horizons Healthcare services for the past month - since I got out of Fairfax hospital. My nurse, Suzette Tiango is wonderful - she focuses completely on my health issues and advises accordingly. I'm so grateful to her and to Horizons. Additionally, my P/T, John Lee is also fantastic. He started with a small number of exercises which I could manage and then he's added a couple more each week. This makes is totally stress-free for me. And he is very encouraging so I feel I will make improvements. Finally, my O/T, Jenna has also helped me a great deal "re-learning" how to do many routine household things such as learning how to navigate my kitchen with a walker and a cane. Thanks to these three professionals, I believe will be back on my former track before too very long. THANK YOU, HORIZONS! Lou Timmons, Springfield, VA

As a staff member at a home care agency, I work closely with patients transitioning from the hospital to home health services. Horizons Healthcare Services has consistently provided excellent care. Their Korean-speaking nurses are especially kind, attentive, and professional, making a big difference for patients and families. Communication is clear and compassionate, and the PT team is knowledgeable and very supportive in helping patients recover at home. Always a great experience working with them. Highly recommend!
