You guys really should respond to the negative feedback. Sometimes they have an axe to grind and you can clear that up.<br>So I take that back. I just tried to call and like the person said you can't get in touch with anyone. All the mailboxes are full. I'd hate to think if my mom was there and I needed to talk to someone that I in trusted her life with and NOT ONE PERSON THERE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE!! If there is a corporate structure there, you're failing. RDO down. Total failure. Not a one off.

I called many times and no one answers the phone because it's an automated service. No matter the number you choose to speak to whatever person all the mailboxes are full. You're unable to speak to a human or leave a voicemail for them to call you back. The automated service gives too many options and there is no receptionist.

This is a wonderful place if you have a loved one that needs memory care. So many people working there who do so much for the residents.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!! ITS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR THE ELDERLY UNLESS YOU LIKE THEM BEING NEGLECTED .<br><br>FOR DINNER THEY GET STALE SANDWHICHS, CHIPS AND APPLESAUCE IN A TO GO BOX!!<br><br>IF YOUR LOVED ONE DOESNT EAT FAST ENOUGH OR NEEDS HELP, THEY ARE OUT OF LUCK CUS THE FOOD WILL BE SNATCHED FROM THEM AND WILL NOT GET FED!!

My mother was a resident her for several years. I have nothing but positive reves, reviews and comments about the staff, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and food services. They all made my mother feel as if she was at home with a staff to wait on her specifically. I speak of them as often as I can when I find out people are have issues with other facilities or with the loved ones who need special care. Truly an awesome place. Stop by and take a look for yourself.
