Starla, Thembi, Jamie are true gems of that facility and a place to live for seniors who want to transition to a senior community with people they can engage and have fun! Please reach out to the director Starla and Sales Director, Thembi for they take great care of you and your family!! They are both professional and courteous and most of all their sincerity and authenticity shine the most when it comes to you and the people you love.

I love living at the Garden Plaza. I have developed so many new friendships. The staff is amazing. There are so many activities to do each day. I love that there are so many varieties of foods to choose from and it’s all delicious. There’s cleaning service and laundry service available. A pool, exercise room, and several game rooms.You can always be busy if you want to be or just relax in your apartment and watch tv or enjoy the beautiful courtyard, I’m so glad my husband and I chose to move here. We’re very happy with our apartment.

We moved here from another facility in Lilburn that many consider the best! After a few months here I can honestly say Garden Plaza is the place to be! As a retired Property Manager, I pay attention to everything. Though all is not perfect, perfection is certainly their goal. Every concern I've expressed has been addressed to my satisfaction or a reasonable explanation Provided! Things are done timely and always with a gracious attitude!<br><br>I'm always proud to show off my new home to friends and family. It makes me feel good that staff is so friendly and even know my name!

I selected Garden Plaza at Lawrenceville because of its reputation for quality care, and while many staff members have met that expectation, my experience with Shondra has been consistently unacceptable.<br>From the beginning, her communication has come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude. This is not an isolated incident. It has been a repeated pattern that has directly impacted my confidence in the care and support my father is receiving.<br>It is extremely concerning that one employee’s conduct can so negatively affect an otherwise well-regarded facility. Families place a great deal of trust in staff, and interactions like this undermine that trust.<br>Due to these ongoing issues, I am now actively considering removing my father from this facility. That is not a decision I take lightly, but the current situation leaves me questioning whether this is the right environment for him.<br>This matter requires immediate attention. I expect management to review Shondra’s conduct and take appropriate corrective action. I would also like to be contacted directly by someone in a leadership role to discuss this further.
