A nurse aid brought bed bugs into my home. I told a lead nurse about and they stopped services immediately. They did not help or correct with this bed bug issue. This is not our fault that a nurse aid brought these bugs in. It's completely wrong and unfair that this company did not come forth to fix a problem they brought into my home.
