We love Nurse Shelly!!! She's very good at the home visits with my aunt with dementia. She doesn't hide the truth. However, the therapist is a ZERO times a thousand. He comes in with dirty same clothes, she put her butt on the table when there are four chairs at the table. She always put on gloves before touching my aunt. She also only use hand sanitizer on the ball after my aunt has used it not before. She's been sniffing since her first time here. We offered kleenex but she rather sniff. So I'm spraying lysol after each visit. Three weeks then she called me to say she's sick. Hmmmm glad I followed my first and second mine to spray. She's also short with my aunt and I don't like that. I checked her and so now she rushes her visits. Happily she only has 2 more visits left. The occupational therapist he set up an appointment twice and never showed up. Called him his response was oh I guess I drop the ball huh?!! Yes and your services are not wanted here. That's how we ended up with the sniffing physical therapist.
